Direct Thermal Label

Direct Thermal Label is a paper material treated with a highly heat-sensitive thermal coating. Highly sensitive surface materials can be used with low-voltage print heads, so the wear on the print heads is minimal.

Thermal label paper is a printing paper specially used on thermal printers and thermal fax machines. Its quality directly affects the printing quality and storage time, and even affects the service life of printers and fax machines.

Direct Thermal Label uses a thermal paper base combined with a precision coating process. When the print head is instantly heated to a specific temperature (usually 200-300°C), the dye hidden in the coating reacts chemically with the developer to directly generate a clear image. Compared with traditional labels, its core differences are:

Zero ribbon dependence: Eliminate the transfer ribbon link, and the printing unit reduces 40% of the mechanical structure

Instant development: 0.2 seconds to complete the image curing, and the speed is increased to 400mm per minute

Molecular stability: Special stabilizers make the developed image remain unchanged for 12-24 months at room temperature
