Thermal PP Labels have the characteristics of waterproof, tear-resistant, and high temperature resistant. They can be quickly imaged by thermal printers without carbon ribbons. They are usually used in printing environments that require high sensitivity and fast response, such as supermarket price labels, express logistics labels, etc.

Q: Will the label fade in a low temperature environment?

A: The standard version can withstand -20℃. If it needs to be used in cold storage for a long time (below -40℃), it is recommended to choose a reinforced cold-resistant version with optimized coating formula and more stable color.

Q: Can thermal PP labels be used with laser printers?

A: No! It is only applicable to thermal printers (such as TSC, Zebra, Godex and other brands). Laser printing will damage the coating.

Q: Will there be glue left after the label is torn off?

A: PP material is matched with weak adhesive glue. There is no residual glue when removed. It is suitable for repeated pasting scenarios (such as temporary promotional signs).

Q: How to extend the shelf life of the label?

A: Here are some suggestions:

Store away from light and moisture, and avoid contact with organic solvents;

If long-term storage (>1 year) is required, choose a double-coated film model.
